Welcome, we are a practice of licensed clinical social workers offering embodied approaches, invitations for connection and LCSWA supervision in North Carolina.
We approach therapy with a compassionate heart, a non-judgmental mind and a gentle spirit.

Practice Location
Our office is located in downtown Apex, NC.
We practice and meet with clients on the ancestral, contemporary and stolen lands of the Skaruhreh/Tuscarora, Lumbee and Mánu: Yį Įsuwą (Catawba) People and acknowledge the importance of our role as an ally to educate others and advocate for the people of indigenous culture of this region.
