Welcome, we are a practice of licensed clinical social workers offering embodied approaches to therapy, invitations for group connection and learning, and supervision in North Carolina. We approach therapy with a compassionate heart, a non-judgmental mind and a gentle spirit.

  • We work with our clients to experience a deeper connection to themselves, their communities and Earth.

  • We believe in empowering our clients through offering resourcing & resiliency skills rooted in mindfulness and somatic practices.

  • We offer frameworks that assist our clients with identifying adaptive parts and pathways towards self compassion and self accompaniment.

  • We value your relationships with the more-than-human-world, spiritual spaces, and ancestral pasts.

  • We will listen and respond to your unique needs and intentions for therapy, while also practicing with transparency and humanity.
